This peel has been specifically designed for treating acne. This treatment is quick with minimal downtime and it combines a variety of active ingredients in order to achieve the best results. The way it works is by removing the dead cells of the surface of your skin and stimulating the cells found underneath, resulting in skin renewal.

You can achieve a great improvement in the appearance of acne and epidermal hyperpigmentation. At the same time, your complexion should look and feel smoother, softer and more radiant. The peel ameliorates the look of scars and enlarged pores and can also reduce acne breakouts.

Prior to the treatment

Before the treatment, make sure you are well hydrated as hydration is extremely important. Your skin should be make-up free before arriving for your treatment. Since each patient?s needs are different, an introductory consultation with one of our doctors would be extremely beneficial

During the Treatment

At the beginning of the procedure, your skin will be thoroughly cleansed. The acid used is diluted by your aesthetician in a special anti-bacterial liquid. Afterward the peel will be applied to your face and rubbed in with massage movements. After 6 to 7 minutes, the peel is removed using distilled cold water.

After the Treatment

Your skin will look a bit pink and in some cases, it might feel itchy. After 3 days, you will experience some minor flaking but some patients comment that the flaking is barely noticeable. Regardless, this side-effect will subside after a few days.

RESULTS

The initial treatment period and how long the results last can differ for each patient. However, the treatment can be repeated every 2 weeks over a period of 12 months in order to achieve optimum results.
